| All shipping is done by UPS ground. You should expect your order within 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering. It may even be sooner. You will receive an email when your order is shipped. Then, depending on where you live in the U.S., expect your order within 2-5 business days. This of course is an estimate. For orders that need to be shipped next day, 2nd day, or international, please email your request to info@jaustinryan.com. Or call during our normal business hours and we will do our best to serve you. All artwork is sealed and then properly packed in a box.
J. Austin Ryan does not stock any items. Our artwork is made to order and not returnable. If you are not pleased with our product please email info@jaustinryan.com with your concerns within five days of receiving, and we will be glad to assist you.
